'Momentum' will give all medical members access to healthy living dashboard
PORTLAND, OR (June 2, 2014) – An enhanced healthy living dashboard called Momentum, powered by Moda Health, will launch July 2014, Moda Health announced today.
Momentum, which replaces Moda Health’s online health tracking tool WorldDoc, lets members customize their view and plug into healthy lifestyle apps from anywhere. All Moda Health medical plan members can use the secure dashboard to take charge of their health.
Through Momentum members can take a health assessment, see their “health age,” research health topics, track symptoms and medications and create a family health record.
To access Momentum, members will simply visit modahealth.com and log in to Member Dashboard. Then, they’ll choose the Momentum link on the home page. From there, they can personalize their dashboard and pick apps and tools they like.
We encourage all members to start by taking a new health assessment through Momentum. Results will filter through their profile and reveal their “health age.” Members will also see recommended tests, screenings and lifestyle changes based on the results.
The technology that powers Momentum was created by SocialWellth™. Bringing Momentum to our members is just one more way we help them find a way to better health.
